Michael B. Prasad is a Montgomery County Family Law attorney licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Michael’s practice is focused on matrimonial matters including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters.
At the onset of the divorce process, Michael establishes client goals, discusses possible outcomes, and develops a sound strategy based on what is most important to the client. Michael understands that the transformative nature of the divorce process can extend over the course of several months to years. Most important to him is a dedication to passionate problem solving, negotiation, and a strong commitment to communication throughout the entire process.
Michael commits his time and efforts to Philadelphia VIP which provides free legal representation including divorce and equitable distribution to Philadelphians who cannot afford to hire a family attorney. Michael lives in Philadelphia with his wife and 4 children. He is a big Philly sports fan and is dutifully involved in his children’s schooling. Michael dedicates his time to helping South Philadelphia’s Southwark Elementary School’s efforts in securing Title 1 Funding.
